Dorota Dwojacka

Polish Citizenship Expert

I graduated from the faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, Poland. Already during my studies I became interested in the subject of Polish citizenship, writing my thesis about “Acquisition and loss of Polish citizenship”.

My professional path has led me from theory to practice. I think that only the combination of these two areas is the way to success and achieving the best results.

My experience

I gained my experience during many years of work at the Lodz Voivodeship Office in the Passports Department and the Civil Affairs Department. My main responsibilities that time were focused on conducting administrative proceedings related to Polish citizenship confirmation including preparation of a draft decision, contacting Polish Consulates around the world and receiving passport applications.

Over 12 years I have completed over 800 Polish citizenship confirmations – that is where all my unique knowledge about Polish citizenship comes from.

I take care of cases comprehensively – starting from the eligibility assessment, research towards locating required records for Polish citizenship by descent application, application preparation and representing our customer during the entire administrative process by the Voivode.
